摘要
本论文成功设计了一条全新的合成4,4,4-三氟3-(3-吲哚)丁酸异丙酯的路线。以吲哚为起始原料,经过酰化反应、wittig反应、还原、水解、酯化五步反应,得到一个新的化合物4,4,4-三氟3-(3-吲哚)丁酸异丙酯。对合成的中间体及目标化合物通过MS、~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR等谱学手段进行结构表征。
Isopropyl-4,4,4-trifluoro-3-(1H-indol-3-yl) butanoate was obtained successfully in this paper. The new route was de- signed through five steps reactions with indole as starting materials, after aeylation reaction, wittig reaction, reduction, hydrolysis and e sterifieation reaction. The isopropyl-4,4,4-trifluoro-3- (1H-indol-3-yl)-butanoate (5)was a new compound. The structures of inter- mediates and target compounds were characterized by means of 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.
