摘要
目的探讨功能性电刺激恢复性治疗踏车(FES-cycling)对脑卒中早期患者上肢主动运动功能的影响。方法将60例脑卒中患者按随机数表法分为3组,A组(20例)接受常规康复治疗;B组(20例)加用智能循环运动治疗;C组(20例)加用FES-cycling,共治疗8周。治疗前和治疗后,分别采用改良Ashworth分级、上肢Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)对3组患者进行肌张力、上肢运动功能和日常生活能力评定。结果治疗前,3组患者Ashworth分级、FMA和MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,C组患者FMA和MBI评分高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论 FES-cycling可提高早期脑卒中患者上肢主动运动功能和日常生活能力。
Objective To observe the effects of functional electrical stimulation-cycling( FES-cycling) on the active mobilization of upper limbs in patients with early stroke. Methods Sixty stroke patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group A was given normal rehabilitation therapy,group B( 20 cases) was added with intelligent motion system,group C( 20 cases) was added with FES-cycling. Muscle tone,upper limb motor function,ability of daily living scale were assessed by modified Ashworth scale,modified Fugl-Meyer upper limb scales( FMA),modified Barthel index scale( MBI) before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of Ashworth,FMA and MBI among three groups before treatment( P 0. 05). The scores of FMA and MBI of group C were higher than group A and group B after treatment( P 0. 05). Conclusion FES-cycling could significantly improve upper limb motor function,ability of daily living scale of patients with early stroke.
