摘要
针对日益突出的线路外力破坏问题以及传统视频监控装置存在的短板,提出基于图像识别技术的输电线路防大型机械外力破坏监控预警系统。该系统应用混合高斯背景建模实现对大型机械入侵的定向识别,并结合微信平台实现以需求为导向的分级管控智能推送,建立了线路防外力破坏监控新模式。在佛山地区输电线路防外力破坏的应用实践中,该系统实现了24 h不间断智能监控的要求,大大提高了运维人员对线路外力破坏隐患的监管能力和工作效率,有效减少和预防了大型机械破坏线路事故的发生,为保障线路安全稳定运行提供了技术支持。
In allusion to the increasing problem of external force damage on power transmission lines and weakness of the traditional video monitoring device,this paper proposes a kind of monitoring early-warning system for preventing external force damage of large machineries based on image recognition technology.This system uses mixed Gaussian background modeling to realize orienteering recognition of invasion of large machineries and combines the WeChart platform to realize demand oriented intelligent classified controlling information push,and meanwhile builds a new monitoring mode for preventing external force damage.In application practice in external force damage prevention for power transmission lines in Foshan area,this system has realized 24 h uninterrupted intelligent monitoring,which greatly improves working efficiency of operation maintenance personnel in supervising hidden external force damages on transmission lines as well as effectively reduces and prevents occurrence of large machineries damaging lines,and provides technical supporting for ensuring safe and stable operation of transmission lines.
