摘要
加强医院多部门之间信息沟通、协作配合,充分发挥各自职能作用,开展协同监督,形成监督合力,是新形势下推动医院科学管理、依法治院的重要途径。通过分析新常态下医院协同监督面临的形势和任务,查找目前医院多部门协同监督存在的问题,提出增强各部门监督主体责任意识、加强监督主责部门之间联动、突出监督重点、建立健全综合协作监督长效工作机制等建议,全面推进医院监督责任落到实处。
To promote the scientific and legal management of the hospital under the new situation, it is important to strengthen the cooperation and information communication between departments of the hospital and full play every function’s role. Based on the analysis of the situation and task of the cooperative supervision in the hospital under the new normal condition, the problems in the cooperative supervision of multiple departments at present are found out. It is suggested that we should enhance the sense of responsibility of the main body of supervision, strengthen the linkage between the main responsibility departments, highlight the key check points of supervision, and improve the long-term mechanism of comprehensive cooperation and supervision.
