摘要
目的探讨子痫前期孕妇白细胞分化抗原可溶性CD40配体(s CD40L)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平与部分生化指标的相关性。方法选取本院2014年12月-2016年12月的80例子痫前期孕妇为试验组,其中轻度和重度子痫各40例;选取同期40例的正常孕妇为对照组,检测血液s CD40L和TNF-α水平,并检测血压、尿蛋白、肌酐、尿酸等指标,对s CD40L和TNF-α水平与血压、尿蛋白、肌酐、尿酸等指标的关系进行分析。结果重度子痫前期孕妇的s CD40L、TNF-α水平、血压、尿蛋白、肌酐、尿酸等指标明显高于轻度子痫前期和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);s CD40L与舒张压、收缩压、尿蛋白呈正相关(r值分别为0.956、0.974、0.952,P<0.05),与肌酐、尿酸无相关性(P>0.05);TNF-α与舒张压、收缩压、尿蛋白呈正相关(r值分别为0.988、0.985、0.982,P<0.05),与肌酐、尿酸无相关性(P>0.05)。结论随着子痫前期的加重,s CD40L和TNF-α水平明显增加,而且与孕妇血压、尿蛋白等指标具有一定关系。
Objective To study the correlation of leukocyte differentiation antigen soluble CD40 ligand(s CD40 L) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels in preeclampsia women with some biochemical indexes. Methods From December 2014 to December 2016,80 patients with preeclampsia(40 mild cases and 40 severe cases) were collected as experimental group,40 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as control group. The levels of s CD40 L and TNF-α were detected,as well as the blood pressure,urine protein,creatinine,uric acid and other indicators. The correlation of s CD40 L and TNF-α levels with blood pressure,urine protein,serum creatinine,uric acid and other indicators were analyzed. Results The levels of s CD40 L and TNF-α,blood pressure,urine protein,and uric acid in severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in mild preeclampsia and the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05); s CD40 L was positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and urine protein(r = 0. 956,r = 0. 974,r = 0. 952,P 〈 0. 05),and there was no correlation between serum creatinine and uric acid(r = 0. 152,r = 0. 178,P 〉 0. 05); TNF-α was positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,urine protein(r = 0. 988,r = 0. 985,r = 0. 982,P 〈 0. 05),but there was no correlation with serum creatinine and uric acid(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The levels of s CD40 L and TNF-α increase with preeclampsia,and is correlated with maternal blood pressure,urine protein,uric acid and so on.
