摘要
植物精油是一种以植物为原料提取的具有一定挥发性和气味的植物源次生代谢产物,可以通过物理法、化学法和生物法提取。文章从抑菌、抗氧化、诱食促生长、提高动物免疫力4个方面介绍了植物精油的生物学功能及作用机理,概括了植物精油对单胃动物和反刍动物生产性能的影响,总结了植物精油在应用中存在的问题。
Plant essential oil is a plant-derived secondary metabolite with a certain volatility and odor, which can be extracted by physical, chemical and biological methods. The biological function and mechanism of plant essential oil were introduced from four aspects of bacteriostasis, antioxidation, inducing growth and improving animal immunity. The effects of plant essential oil on the production performance of single stomach and ruminants were summarized, and the problems in the application of plant essential oil were summarized.
