摘要
目的:探讨社区康复护理对冠心病患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2016年7月-2017年7月60例冠心病患者,随机分为两组,对照组和康复组,各30例。对照组实施社区卫生服务中心常规护理,康复组给予健康教育、行为干预、心理护理、生活指导等康复护理,比较两组负性情绪(汉密尔顿焦虑量表-HAMA和汉密尔顿抑郁量表-HAMD)和生活质量(生活质量综合评定问卷-GQOLI-74)变化。结果:HAMA评分和HAMD评分比较,护理前,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,康复组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GQOLI-74量表的物质生活、心理功能、身体功能和社会功能评分比较,护理前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,康复组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复护理可改善冠心病患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得在社区卫生服务中心应用。
Objective：To explore the effect of community rehabilitation nursing on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.Method：60 patients with coronary heart disease,selected from July 2016 to July 2017,were randomly divided into 2 groups（30 cases each）,the control group and the rehabilitation group.The control group received routine nursing care in community health service center,the rehabilitation group were given health education,behavior intervention,psychological nursing,life guidance.Negative emotions（Hamilton anxiety scale-HAMA and Hamilton depression scale-HAMD） and quality of life（general quality of life inventory-GQOLI-74） were compared in the two groups.Result：Compared with HAMA scores and HAMD scores,there were no significant difference in the two groups before nursing（P〉0.05）.After nursing,HAMA scores and HAMD scores in the rehabilitation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of material life,psychological function,physical function and social function in GQOLI-74 before nursing had no significant difference in the two groups（P〉0.05）.After nursing,the scores in rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Community rehabilitation nursing can improve the negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease,and it is worthy of application in community health service centers.
