摘要
目的探讨分析在妇产科麻醉中罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼联合咪唑安定对疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)产生影响的差异。方法 50例进行剖宫产的产妇随机分甲组和乙组,每组25例。甲组患者术后给予罗哌卡因,乙组患者术后给予舒芬太尼联合咪唑安定。比较两组患者的镇静评分、VAS评分、运动阻滞情况。结果乙组患者术后6、12、24、36 h的镇静评分大于甲组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乙组患者术后6、12、24、36 h的VAS评分分别为(1.15±0.27)、(1.14±0.23)、(0.99±0.23)、(1.11±0.25)分高于甲组的(1.00±0.20)、(0.96±0.15)、(0.86±0.14)、(0.91±0.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组运动阻滞1级率为24.0%高于甲组的4.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因在妇产科麻醉中的镇痛效果以及运动阻滞情况都优于舒芬太尼联合咪唑安定,而且镇静效果比较良好。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effects of ropivacaine and midazolam combined with sufentanil on pain visual analogue scale（VAS） score in obstetrics and gynecology anesthesia. Methods A total of 50 pregnant women with cesarean section were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 25 cases in each group. Group A received ropivacaine after operation, and group B received midazolam combined with sufentanil after operation. Comparison were made on sedation score, VAS score, and motor block status between the two groups. Results Group B had higher sedation score at 6, 12, 24 and 36 h after operation than group A, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Group B had higher VAS score at 6, 12, 24 and 36 h after operation respectively as（1.15±0.27）,（1.14±0.23）,（0.99±0.23） and（1.11±0.25） points than（1.00±0.20）,（0.96±0.15）,（0.86±0.14） and（0.91±0.21） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Group B had higher grade 1 motor block rate as 24.0% than 4.0% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ropivacaine shows better analgesia and motor block effect in obstetrics and gynecology anesthesia than sufentanil combined with midazolam, and its sedation effect is relatively good.
