摘要
本文以二甲苯胺蓝(II)为活性剂,采用涂膜的方式,制备了PVC涂膜Ce(Ⅳ)离子选择性电极.确定了膜组分材料的添加量,以及测定了选择性电极的各项响应性能.结果表明:当选择性电极的涂膜厚度为0.43 mm,增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)为100 mg,离子添加剂(油酸)10 mg时电极有较好的响应效果,并且所制备的离子选择性电极对Ce(Ⅳ)有很好的响应性能,其线性范围为1.0×10-5~1.0×10-1mol/L,最佳的酸度范围为0.3~0.8 mol/L,其稳定性和重现性都较好,电极使用寿命大于180 d.
Taken xylidine blue( II) as an actwating agent by using PVC coating technique,the Ce( Ⅳ) ion selective electrode of PVC coating was prepared. The addition amount of the film component material was determined. Various response performances of the selective electrode were measured. The results showed that when thickness of the selective electrode is 0. 43 mm,dibutyl phthalate( DBP) as plasticizer is 100 mg and ionic additive agent( oleic acid) is 10 mg,the electrode has a better response effect. The prepared ion selective electrode has a good response to Ce( Ⅳ). The linear range is1. 0 × 10-5 ~ 1. 0 × 10-1 mol/L. The optimum range of acidity is 0. 3 ~ 0. 8 mol/L. The stability and reproducibility are better. The electrode life is greater than 180 days.
