摘要
通过对GDX1包装机小盒封签吸取、输送结构的工作原理及工艺流程的系统分析,提出在卷烟生产过程中烟包发生封签歪斜缺陷故障的多方面原因,有针对性地提出预防和维修方法,有效解决了封签粘贴歪斜故障的问题,提高GDX1机组的有效作业率,具有较高的应用价值和推广意义。
Through the systematic analysis of the working principle and technological process of the extraction and transportation structure of GDX1 packing machine box seal, various reasons for the deflection fault of cigarette tag paper in the process of cigarette production have been put forward, and the prevention and maintenance methods are put forward, which have effectively solved the deflection fault of seal, improved the effective operating rate of GDX1 machine unit, and it has high application value and popularization significance.
