摘要
新时代高职教改,更加注重"以学生为中心"的成人成长成才。企业学院有效构筑起政行企校师生之间最大的"利益共同体",聚焦于"课堂革命"这一关键环节,聚力于教师、教材、教室、教案、教风"五教合一"来深度协同育人育才。地方产业升级与行业企业的新需求以及学生与学情的新变化,又赋予"五教合一"以新的时代内容,需不断地因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。
Higher vocational education reform in the new era pays more attention to the＂student centered＂growth. The business school has effectively constructed the largest＂interest community＂among the government, the enterprises, the teachers and students, focusing on the deep cooperation in cultivating talents through＂five in one＂education mode of teachers, teaching materials, teaching classrooms, teaching cases and teaching style. The new needs of local industry upgrading, industry and enterprises, as well as new changes of students and learning conditions give the content of the new era to＂Five in One＂Mode of Education, thus, it is necessary to change with things, move forward by time and update by the situation.
