摘要
分析了二氟一氯甲烷过热蒸汽炉炉底外表面温度严重超温的原因,选用性能良好的保温材料刚玉浇注料、高铝型耐火陶瓷纤维、高温密封胶泥和绝热浇注料等对炉底进行保温绝热。实施后,在保温总厚度(330 mm)不变的情况下,炉底外壁温度由平均约210℃降低至约98℃,燃料的消耗量由平均约342 m3/h降低至约293 m3/h,效果显著。
The reason for the severe overtemperature of the outside surface temperature of the difluoromonochloromethane superheated steam furnace bottom was analyzed, then selected heat preservation material with good performance such as corundum castable, high aluminum-type refractory ceramic fiber, high temperature sealing cement and adiabatic castable for heat preservation and heat insulation at furnace bottom. After implementation, average temperature of the outer wall of furnace bottom reduced from 210 ℃ to98 ℃, under the condition that heat preservation total thickness invariable(330 mm), the average fuel consumption reduced from 342 m^3/h to 293 m^3/h, the effect was remarkable.
