摘要
通过理论和ansys有限元软件分析了铰缝的破坏机理,验证铰缝的实际受力情况;并通过有限元模拟铰缝损伤,来分析不同铰缝损伤程度对桥梁整体结构性能的影响趋势。结果表明,空心板梁桥在汽车荷载作用下,铰缝处于拉、压、弯、剪复合应力状态下,铰缝损伤程度的增加会导致空心板梁在荷载作用下的竖向挠度呈现增大趋势,且各板梁横向分担的荷载比例不符合横向分配系数,铰缝损伤越严重,空心板梁桥的整体受力性能越差。
The failure mechanism of hinge joint is analyzed by the theory and ansys finite element software, soas to verify the actual stress condition of the hinge joint. The impact trend of damage degree of different hinge jointson the whole structural performance of the bridge is analyzed. The results show that, under the effect of vehicleload, the hinge joint of the hollow slab girder bridge is in a state of combined stress of pull, press, bend and shear.The increase of damage degree of the hinge joint may cause the increasing trend of vertical deflection of the hollowslab girder under the effect of load, and the load proportion shared transversely by each plate girder isn't incoincidence with the transverse distribution coefficient. The more serious the damage of the hinge joint is, thepoorer the whole performance under stress of the hollow slab girder bridge is.
