摘要
目的探讨血管内介入栓塞术联合高压氧对颅内动脉瘤患者术后格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取我院69例颅内动脉瘤患者,按照治疗方案分为观察组35例与对照组34例。对照组采用血管内介入栓塞术治疗;观察组采用血管内介入栓塞术联合高压氧治疗。观察对比两组治疗效果、术后GCS评分及并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率94.29%高于对照组73.53%,GCS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组术后并发症发生率23.53%对比,观察组术后并发症发生率2.86%显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内介入栓塞术联合高压氧可提高颅内动脉瘤患者术后GCS评分,减少术后并发症。
Objective To investigate the effect of endovascular embolization combined with hyperbaric oxygen on postoperative Glasgow Coma Scale （GCS） and the incidence of complications in patients with intracra-nial aneurysm. Methods 69 patients with intracranial aneurysm in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group （35 cases） and control group （34 cases） according to the treatment plan. The control group was treated with endovascular embolization. The observation group was treated with endovascular embolization combined with hyperbaric oxygen. The curative effect, postoperative GCS score and complication rate were ob-served and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 9 4 .29% higher than that of the control group （73.53%）, and the GCS score was higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was 23.53% The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly decreased by 2. 86% （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion En-dovascular embolization combined with hyperbaric oxygen can improve postoperative GCS score of patients with intracranial aneurysm and reduce postoperative complications.
