摘要
目的探讨胃宁免煎颗粒联合耳穴压豆治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取120例肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组60例行常规西药治疗，治疗组60例行胃宁免煎颗粒联合耳穴压豆治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95．0％，对照组总有效率76．6％，治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（X2=8．29，P〈0．05）。结论胃宁免煎颗粒联合耳穴压豆治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎，疗效优于常规西药治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Weining boil - free granule combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with liver - stomach disharmony. Methods 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver - stomach disharmony were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 60） and control group （ n = 60） according to the digital table. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group received Weining boil - free granule combined with auricular point pressing with bean. The clinical efficacies of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 76.6% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ X2 = 8.29 ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Weining boil -free granule combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with liver - stomach disharmony is better than that of the routine western medicine.
