摘要
目的分析鼻内镜在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用价值。方法随机抽取60例鼻咽疾病患者，经病理检查确诊鼻咽癌46例，恶性淋巴瘤2例，慢性炎症12例；所有患者于病理诊断前行鼻内镜检查诊断，以病理诊断作为“金标准”，分析鼻内镜在鼻咽癌诊断中的效果。结果鼻内镜检查发现60例患者中鼻咽癌44例，恶性淋巴瘤4例，慢性炎症12例。鼻内镜检查中真阳性44例（73．3％），假阳性1例（1．7％），真阴性11例（18．3％），假阴性4例（6．7％）。与病理检查比较，鼻内镜检查符合率为91．7％，敏感度为91．7％，特异度为93．3％。鼻内镜检查诊断符合率与病理诊断率比较，差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在鼻咽癌诊断中应用鼻内镜，可有效提高诊断符合率，为临床诊治提供有利依据，进一步提高治疗效果，其可作为临床诊断鼻咽癌常规诊断方法。
Objective To analyze the application value of nasal endoscope in the diagnosis of nasophyaryngeal carcinoma. Methods Sixty patients with nasopharyngeal disease were randomly select-ed, of which there were 46 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 2 patients with malignant lymphomaand 12 patients with chronic inflammation determined by pathological examination. All patients underwent nasal endoscope prior to pathological examination, and the results of pathological examination were con-sidered as ＂gold standard＂ to analyze the diagnostic effect of nasal endoscope for nasopharyngeal carcino-ma. Results Nasal endoscope examination found 44 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 4 patients with malignant lymphoma, 11 patients with chronic inflammation. Compared with results of pathological examination, there were 44 cases （73.3%） of true-positive patient, 1 case （1.7%） of false-positive pa-tient, 11 cases （18.3 %) of true-nagtive patient, 4 cases （6. 7%) of false-negative patient, and the co-incidence of nasal endoscope was 91.7%, sensitivity was 91.7% and specificity was 93.3%. There was no significant difference between coincidence of nasal endoscope and detective rate of pathological exami-nation （P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions Nasal endoscope could improve diagnostic coincidence and provide useful evidence for clinical treatment of nasopharyngeal effect and be used as common diagnostic method. carcinoma, which could further improve curative
