铁路大跨度混凝土部分斜拉桥关键技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 研究目的:近年来铁路大跨度混凝土部分斜拉桥应用广泛,为探究其设计关键技术以指导该类桥梁设计,在总结分析几座已建及在建部分斜拉桥情况,结合新建福平铁路乌龙江特大桥主桥(144+288+144)m部分斜拉桥工程,就支承体系、合理边中跨比、斜拉索加劲效果等关键技术进行分析研究。研究结论:(1)部分斜拉桥支承体系选择应结合地形、受力、刚度等因素综合选取;(2)边中跨比设计应在边跨不出现负反力的原则下结合施工便捷等因素综合考虑,建议合理比例在0.52~0.55之间;(3)斜拉索在施工阶段帮扶主梁受力,成桥阶段与主梁共同受力,运营阶段可以有效抑制主梁徐变下挠,取得良好综合经济效益;(4)本研究结论可为类似斜拉桥结构设计提供参考。 Research purposes: In recent years,large-span partial cable-stayed railway bridge is widely applied. In order to explore the design key techniques to give guidance to similar bridge type design,this paper first gives summary analysis about several domestic partial cable-stayed bridges' status under construction. And then in combination with the(144 + 288 + 144) m partial cable-stayed bridge engineering of Wulong River grand bridge' s main bridge in the new-built Fuzhou-Pingtan railway,the analysis study is conducted from the aspects of supportive system,reasonable span ratio,stay cable's stiffening effect and so forth.Research conclusions:(1) Partial cable-stayed bridge' s supportive system should be selected with comprehensive consideration of geography feature,stress,stiffness and so on.(2) The span ratio is suggested to be controlled within 0.52 ~ 0. 55 under the principle of no negative reaction of span in combination of easy construction.(3) The stay cable gives assistance to the girder's stress in the construction period,and is stressed with girder together in the finishing stage,and restrains creep down-warping of girder in the operation stage.(4) The research conclusion can provide reference for the similar cable-stayed bridge structure in the future.
