摘要
介绍了一种石油阀体通用锻造工艺及模具设计方法。利用金属塑性成形仿真软件DEFORM-3D对金属流动进行了模拟。通过改进模具和调整操作解决了锻件缺陷。生产表明,阀体锻件的材料利用率是84.5%~89.7%。
A general forging process and die design method for oil valve bodies were introduced. The metal flow was simulated by the metal plastic forming simulation software DEFORM-3 D. The forging defects were solved by improving the die and adjusting the operation. Production shows that the material utilization ratio of the valve body forgings is 84.5%-89.7%.
