摘要
目的探究穴位按摩联合艾灸法对脊髓受损后尿潴留的治疗效果.方法采用随机抽样法选取2016年2月—2017年2月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院住院的81例脊髓受损后伴排尿困难患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与干预组,对照组42例,干预组39例.两组均给予常规康复治疗及护理,干预组在此基础上给予穴位按摩联合艾灸疗法.比较两组患者临床疗效、患者自主排尿时间与尿路感染发病率.结果治疗后干预组治疗总有效率为92.3%,对照组为68.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.42,P=0.01）.患者自主排尿恢复时间干预组为（23.10±2.92）d,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）.尿路感染例数干预组少于对照组,但是差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论穴位按摩联合艾灸法在脊髓损伤后尿潴留患者中的应用效果好,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with moxibustion on urinary retention after spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 81 cases with urinary retention after spinal cord injury hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to February 2017 were recruited in the study using random sampling method. Patients were randomly divided into the control group （42 cases） and the intervention group （39 cases）. Both groups were given routine rehabilitation therapy and nursing care, and the intervention group received additional acupoint massage combined with moxibustion therapy. The clinical efficacy, the autonomous urination time and the incidence of complications of patients were compared between two groups. Results After the treatment, the clinical efficacy in the intervention group and the control group were 92.3% and 68.2% respectively, with statistically significant difference between two groups （χ2=9.42, P=0.01）. The autonomous urination time of patients in the intervention group was （23.10±2.92） d, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.001）. The number of urinary tract infection cases in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The application of acupoint massage combined with moxibustion in patients with urinary retention after spinal cord injury has good effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
