摘要
公共图书馆评估定级标准是客观评估各级公共图书馆的建设水平和服务能力的重要标尺。《第六次全国公共图书馆评估定级标准》中的部分指标在语言表述、指标取值、指标概念界定上有待进一步推敲、修改。文章根据参与评估实践的体验,将遇到的个别疑惑提出来探讨,并提出针对性的完善建议。
The evaluation criteria of public libraries is an important measure to objectively evaluate the construction level and service capacity of public libraries at all levels. Some of the indicators in the＂Sixth National Public Library Evaluation Grading Criteria＂need to be further considered and revised in terms of linguistic expressions, index values and the definition of indicators. Based on the experience of participating in the assessment practice,we discuss some individual doubts encountered and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
