摘要
时间管理对大学生的学习和发展至关重要,是个体的一种重要资源,而从手机成瘾这一角度探讨对大学生时间管理的影响非常有意义。通过对269名有效大学生被试进行调查研究得到:大学生的时间管理倾向三个方面均处于中等水平;女生的时间价值观显著高于男生的时间价值观;大二学生的时间价值观较高,其次是大四和大三的学生;大学生的时间管理倾向与其手机成瘾关系不大。
To investigating the current situation of college students＇ time management disposition and to exploring the correlation between mobile phone addiction and time management disposition.To survey 269 college students, and then through the data analysis, the following results are obtained,The female students＇ time management disposition is significantly higher than the boy,Freshmen, sophomore, senior＇s time management disposition were significantly higher than junior＇s.There was no significant correlation between the mobile phone addiction and time management disposition.
