摘要
加强海洋生态保护信息化建设不仅是由海洋生态系统自身特点决定的,更是适应新时代基于生态系统管理手段的内在需要。进入21世纪以来,我国的海洋生态保护信息化取得了一系列的成果,构建了全国海洋生态保护综合数据库,累积了海量的生态保护数据,建设了海洋生态保护监督管理系统,但仍无法满足当前海洋生态文明建设的需求。文章结合当下海洋生态保护信息化建设的现状,指出建设目前面临的问题,并通过对海洋生态保护信息化"一盘棋"管理模式的探讨,为我国海洋生态保护信息化建设与发展提供参考。
Strengthening the information construction of marine ecological protection is not only determined by the characteristics of marine ecosystem itself, but is also the internal demand for ecosystem-based management. Since the beginning of the 21 stcentury,marine ecological protection information building has achieved a series of achievements. We have constructed the integrated national marine ecological protection database, accumulated a large amount of ecological protection data, and built the national marine ecological protection management system, but it still cannot meet the need of marine ecological civilization construction.This article combines current status of marine ecological protection informatization construction, points out problems at the current stage, and discusses the the national marine ecological protection informatization as ＂a board of chess＂ mode, which might provide reference for the construction and development of national marine ecological protection informatization in China.
