摘要
为给农用运输车用液力缓速器的研究提供参考,以福伊特VR120液力缓速器为研究对象,通过三维扫描还原建立液力缓速器几何模型,采用将流道模型全部选取出来的全流道仿真计算方法,在ANSYS14.5平台上,采用SIMPLEC算法和RNGk-ε模型对液力缓速器进行全流道数值计算。结果显示在500r/min^1200r/min转速下的制动转矩与相同转速下在工况试验台试验得到制动转矩变化趋势一致,误差在10%以内,验证了全流道仿真计算方法可作为农用运输车用液力缓速器有效的研究方法。
In order to provide reference for the study of farm transporter's hydraulic retarder, take the VOITH VR120 hydraulic retarder as the research object, restore the geometry of VR120 by 3D scanner, use ANSYS14.5 to simulate the whole-flowpassage of hydraulic retarder based on the full flow path model,, mature RNG model and SIMPLEC algorithm. The results show that the braking-torque under the velocity from 500 r/min to 1200 r/min has the same trend between whole-flow-passage simulation and bench test, the error less than 10%. It verified that the simulation analysis of hydraulic retarder is feasible and effective for the study of farm transporter's hydraulic retarder.
