摘要
目的观察基层医院青光眼术后白内障手术的临床效果。方法对41例（46眼）青光眼术后白内障的临床资料进行回顾性研究。患者均接受超声乳化人工晶状体植入术，对其术后视力、眼压和并发症发生情况进行分析。结果术后最佳矫正视力≤0．08者4眼（8．70％），0．1—0．3者18眼（39．13％），0．4～0．6者19眼（41．30％），≥0．7者5眼（10．87％）。术后眼压均控制在正常范围。无严重并发症发生。结论对青光眼术后白内障采用超声乳化人工晶状体植入术安全有效，适合在基层开展。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinincal efficacy of phacoemulsification for cataract after glaucoma surgery in primary hospital.MethodsThe data of 46 eyes of 41 cases with cataract after glaucoma surgery were analyzed retrospectively.All cases underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Postoperative visual acuity, IOP and complications were analyzed.ResultsThe postoperative visual acuity ≤0.08 was in 4 eyes（8.70%）, 0.1-0.3 in 18 eyes（39.13%）, 0.4-0.6 in 19 eyes（41.30%） and ≥0.7 in 5 eyes（10.87%）. Postoperative IOP were in normal range and no serious complication occurred.ConclusionPhacoemulsification and IOL implantation for the treatment of cataract after glaucoma surgery is an effective and safe method in primary hospital.
