摘要
按照国家电网特高压输电规划,未来2~3年特高压交直流将接入江西电网。利用综稳计算程序PSASP详细分析了特高压交直流接入后江西电网短路电流水平,研究了目前应用最广泛的短路电流限制措施。对短路电流交流分量达到开断遮断电流90%的节点进行直流分量衰减时间常数计算,研究了江西电网短路电流直流分量对断路器开断能力的影响。分析了江西电网短路电流增加的原因,并提出了应对短路电流超标问题的措施和方法。
AC/DC UHV will be connected to Jiangxi power grid in the next 2 or 3 years according to the national high-voltage transmission plan. The short-circuit current level of Jiangxi power grid is analyzed when it is supplied to AC/DC UHV by PSASP. The most widely used short-circuit current limitation methods are studied in depth. The DC component decay time constant of the node with 90% breaking current is calculated. The influence of the DC component of the short circuit current on the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is studied. The reasons of the short-circuit current in Jiangxi power grid increasing are studied. The measures and methods of dealing with the excessive current are proposed applied in Jiangxi power grid with UHV.
