摘要
某重型钢结构厂房多根吊车梁吊车轨道超出了相关规范允许偏差。对原有吊车梁承载力进行复核,用有限元分析软件ANSYS对吊车梁建模计算,讨论了水平支撑系统对吊车轨道偏心时吊车梁受力性能的影响,验算各区域吊车梁在轨道偏心下的强度指标,并对验算不合格的吊车梁进行加固设计。对GB 50205—2001《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》的规定进行讨论,研究其适用性。结果表明:吊车梁水平支撑可以提高吊车轨道偏心时吊车梁的受力性能;吊车轨道偏心对吊车梁各项应力指标有显著影响,在轨道偏心大到一定程度时,吊车梁的各项应力指标会超出其限值,无法正常使用;通过加固,可以有效提高吊车梁的承载能力,保证吊车梁安全正常工作;GB50205—2001中关于轨道偏心的规定偏于不安全。
Some crane girders in a steel structure plant had installation errors of rail eccentricity exceeding code limit.To conduct the checkout of the crane girders,some precise finite models of the crane girders were built by ANSYS and the influence of horizontal bracing system on the mechanical properties of the girders with rail eccentricity was discussed. After examining the strength of the crane girders in different zones,a reinforcement scheme for the critical crane girders was designed. The applicability of Code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structure GB 50205—2001 was discussed.The results showed that the horizontal bracing system of the crane girders could improve the mechanical properties of the crane girders. Rail eccentricity had a significant influence on the stress indexes of the crane girders,and some stress indexes might exceed the limit and could not be used normally. By strengthening the available crane girders,the bearing capacity of the crane girder could be effectively improved,and the safety and normal operation of the crane girder could be ensured. The results showed that the provisions of GB 50205—2001 on the eccentricity of the rail were unsafe.
