摘要
区块链作为变革互联网的新力量,将对信息资源共享活动和信息服务机构带来巨大改变。介绍了区块、区块链及相关技术,给出了信息资源共享的两种基本模式,在无中心模式基础上衍生出两种基于区块链的信息资源共享模式,探讨了基于区块链的信息资源共享系统的优缺点,分析了实现基于区块链的信息资源共享系统尚需克服的诸多困难,指出相关信息服务机构应当积极应对由区块链带来的挑战。
As a new force to reform the internet,the blockchain will bring great changes to the information resource sharing activities and information service organizations. This paper introduces the block,blockchain and some related technologies,gives the two basic modes of the information resource sharing,and develops two blockchain-based information resource sharing modes on the basis of the centerless information resource sharing mode,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the blockchain-based information resource sharing system,analyzes some obstacles that still need to overcome in the implementation of blockchain-based information resource sharing system,and points out that the related information service organizations ought to face the challenge from the blockchain positively.
