Study on Mechanism and Defibration Point of Chinese Alpine Rush by NaOH-Na_2SO_3-AQ Pulping

摘要 研究表明,龙须草NaOH-Na_2SO_3-AQ法蒸煮脱木素过程可分为两个阶段,大量脱木素阶段(140℃以前)和补充脱木素阶段(升温至150℃或再保温20分钟)。其纤维分离点为升温至135℃,粗浆得率47.7%。 Chinese alpine rush cooked by NaOH-NA2SO3-AQ process was studied. Dissolution of lignin and carbohydrate, as will as the affect of pulp yield, cooking degree, and concentration of cooking liquor in soda-sulfite-AQ for Chinese alpine rush were studied. The defibration point in soda-sulfite-AQ pulping was found by determining screening rejects in pulps obtained at differ- ent periods of the cooking.Results indicated that the delignification of Chinese alpine rush in soda-sulfite-AQ pulping can be divided into two distinguishable phases: (a) bulk delignification phase before 140℃ cooking temperature, with approximately 88. 41 % of the original lignin being dissolved, (b) additional delignification phase, from 140℃ to 150℃ or to 20 minutes at 150℃, with the removal of an additional only 3. 1 % of the original lignin. The def ibration point was reached when cooking temperature raised to 135℃ with 47. 7% pulp yield.
