摘要
目的了解重症监护病房空气不同消毒方法的效果,帮助制定个性化环境消毒方案。方法随机选择2014年1月-2017年3月某医院重症监护病房设作实验对象,按照不同时间段对重症监护病房空气环境微生物学分布情况进行监测,根据监测结果,调整消毒方案,分析重症监护病房空气消毒改善效果。结果实施消毒监管后,重症监护病房空气中的细菌总数明显降低。结论重症监护病房环境微生物学监测可以用于病房空气环境消毒方案的调整,从而改善病房消毒效果,避免致病菌的传播,对由空气传播的医院感染起到有效的控制作用。
Objective To understand the effect of different methods of air disinfection in the Intensive Care Unit by monitoring the microorganism in the environment,and to help the ward to formulate the individualized environmental disinfection scheme. Methods A hospital Intensive Care Unit was selected randomly from January 2014 to March 2017 as the experimental object,and the distribution of microbiology of the air environment in Intensive Care Unit was monitored according to different time periods. According to the results of the monitoring,the disinfection plan was adjusted,and the effect of improving the air disinfection in Intensive Care Unit was analyzed. Results Before and after the implementation of supervision,the number of bacteria in the Intensive Care Unit was significantly reduced. Conclusion Microbiology monitoring in Intensive Care Unit can be used to adjust the air environment disinfection plan of the ward,so as to improve the disinfection effect of the ward,avoid the transmission of pathogenic bacteria,and to control the airborne infection in the hospital. So it is worth popularizing and applying.
