摘要
分析了高镍铬无限冷硬球墨铸铁轧辊在生产中造成熔合层夹杂缺陷的工艺原因。结果表明,造成熔合层夹杂缺陷的因素有:铁液纯净度、离心冷型涂料、端盖砂型强度,"O"型玻璃渣加入量、离心机停机时工作层内表面温度、浇注芯部铁液的温度、离心机停机到芯部铁液浇注的时间间隔等。防治措施为:按照工艺规程组织生产,保证原材料优质可靠,控制铁液纯净度、离心铸造过程和配箱时间。
The technical reasons of the inclusion defect in the production of high Ni-Cr infinite chilled nodular cast iron roller were analyzed. The results show that the factors that cause the inclusion defects of the fusion layer include the purity of the molten iron, centrifugal cold coating; end cover sand type strength, amount of "O" glass slag added, the surface temperature of the working layer when the centrifuge is halt, the temperature of the molten iron, the time interval between the centrifuge stopping and the pouting of the iron liquid in the core, and so on. The control measures shall be organized and produced according to the process regulations, ensuring raw materials quality and reliability, controlling the purity of molten iron, centrifugal casting process and distribution box time.
