摘要
在回顾我国2017年马铃薯生产、市场形势、价格走势的基础上,以国际视野分析了国际马铃薯贸易、供需和市场形势。其中我国马铃薯种植面积和产量总体稳定增长,但价格总体在低位运行,产品国际贸易顺差和逆差并存;国际马铃薯产品需求量尤其是加工马铃薯有所增加,市场前景总体向好。最后,对我国马铃薯市场形势进行了展望,2018年国内马铃薯生产、消费量保持稳定增长,而消费动力不足,因此价格波动风险加大,并针对可能存在的市场风险提出了相关生产销售建议。
The market situation and price trend in China, the international potato trade, supply and demand and market situation were analyzed in an international view on the basis of reviewing the 2017 potato production. The planting area and yield of potato increased steadily, but the price was generally low. The international trade surplus and the deficit of the products were coexisting in China. The demand for the international potato products, especially the processed potatoes, had increased, and the market prospects were generally better. Finally, the situation of the potato market in China was prospected. In 2018, the domestic potato production and consumption kept increasing steadily in China, and the consumption power was insufficient. Therefore, the risk of price fluctuation increased, and related production and sales suggestions were presented to the possible market risk.
