摘要
目的：系统评价九味镇心颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑障碍（GAD）的疗效和安全性。方法：计算机检索Pub Med,Cochrane library,CBM,CNKI,VIP和Wanfang Data等数据库,收集九味镇心颗粒治疗GAD的随机对照试验（RCTs）,纳入的研究由两位研究员独立进行资料提取和质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入16项研究,共1 677例患者。Meta分析结果显示,九味镇心颗粒治疗GAD的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）总评分[SMD=-0.08,95%CI（-0.18,0.02）]、有效率[RR=0.99,95%CI（0.93,1.05）],与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（分别为P=0.11,P=0.65）;不良反应发生率[RR=0.62,95%CI（0.52,0.74）]显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.000 01）。结论：九味镇心颗粒治疗GAD疗效较好,不良反应少。
Objective：To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder（GAD）. Methods：Databases like PubMed,Cochrane library,CBM, CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched with computer to collect randomized clinical trials on Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules in the treatment of GAD. The quality assessment and data extraction were performed independently by two researchers. Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software. Results：Sixteen studies with 1 677 participants were included. According to the meta-analysis results,compared to the control group,Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules showed no significant differences（P=-0.11 ,P=-0.65,respectively） on HAMA total score [SMD= -0.08,95%CI（-0.18,0.02）] and effective rate [RR=0.99,95%CI（0.93,1.05）],and showed lower adverse reaction incidence [RR=0.62,95%CI（0.52,0.74） ] with significant difference （P〈 0.000 01）. Conclusions ：Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules are effective for GAD with less adverse reaction.
