摘要
目的探讨替勃龙联合自拟中药方对女性更年期综合征(MPS)患者激素水平及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2017年5月收治的女性MPS患者110例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组口服替勃龙,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟中药方,2组患者均给予人文关怀护理,治疗3个月后进行评价。2组患者治疗前后抽取晨起空腹外周静脉血,采用电化学发光法检测血清雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH);采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)试剂盒测定γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2、-4、-10(IL-2、-4、-10);采用免疫荧光法测定CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+。结果 2组患者治疗后E_2升高,FSH、LH降低,与同组治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05),2组患者治疗后E_2、FSH、LH无明显差异(P>0.05);2组患者治疗后IFN-γ、IL-2降低,IL-4、IL-10升高,与同组治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.01),观察组治疗后IFN-γ、IL-2低于对照组,IL-4、IL-10高于对照组,2组间相比差异显著(P<0.01);2组患者治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+升高,CD8^+降低,与同组治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05),观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+高于对照组,CD8^+低于对照组,2组间相比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论替勃龙联合自拟中药方可有效改善女性MPS患者的卵巢功能,调节激素水平,改善免疫功能。
Objective To explore the eff ect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription in combined with tibolone on the hormone level and immunological function in female patients with menopausal syndrome（MPS）. Methods A total of 110 patients with MPS who were admitted in our hospital from June, 2016 to May, 2017 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were orally administrated with tibolone. On the above basis, the patients in the observation group were given self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription. The patients in the two groups were given humanistic care. After 3-month treatment, the efficacy was evaluated. The morning fasting peripheral venous blood before and after treatment was collected. The electrochemiluminescence was used to detect the serum E2, FSH, and LH. ELISA was used to detect IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, and IL-10. The immunofluorescence method was used to detect CD3^＋, CD4^＋, and CD8^＋. Results E2 after treatment in the two groups was significantly elevated, while FSH and LH were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）. The comparison of E2, FSH, and LH after treatment between the two groups was not significantly diff erent（P〈0.05）. IFN-γand IL-2 after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced, while IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly elevated（P〈0.01）. IFN-γand IL-2 after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ after treatment inthe two groups were significantly elevated, while CD8^＋ was significantly reduced when compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）. CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while CD8^＋ was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription in combined with tibolone can eff ectively improve the ovarian function in female patients with MPS, regulate the hormone level, and improve the immunological function.
