凋亡蛋白抑制因子Survivin的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 凋亡抑制蛋白（the inhibitor of apoptosis protein,IAP）家族有8位成员,包括X染色体连锁的凋亡抑制剂（X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis,XIAP）,cIAP1,cIAP2,NLR家族（NAIP）,livin,IAP相似蛋白2（ILP2）,BRUCE和survivin。Survivin是IAP家族中抗凋亡作用最强的成员,于1997年首次被发现。Survivin在正常组织、癌前组织、各种癌症中的表达率均不同,即survivin表达具有特异性,因此,它在肿瘤诊断、预后判断等方面成为核心。
