摘要
目的观察与分析无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除胃息肉的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年8月~2017年3月在我院接受胃息肉切除术的110例患者作为研究对象,按照其治疗方式的不同分为常规组与无痛组,每组各55例。常规组采用活检夹除术,无痛组采用无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果无痛组患者的临床治疗有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无痛组患者的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无痛组患者的临床并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临床胃息肉患者行无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术,临床治疗效果较为显著,并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of high-frequency electrocoagulation on the removal of gastric polyps under painless gastroscope.Methods A total of 110 patients performed resection of gastric polyps treated in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into conventional group and painless grou according to different treatment methods,55 cases in each group.In the conventional group,clip during biopsy was used,while in the painless group,high-frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope was adopted.The clinical therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effectiveness rate in the painless group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The hospital stay in the painless group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of clinical complications in the painless group was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with gastric polyp,high-frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless endoscope can obtain a remarkable therapeutic effect in a low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
