摘要
大数据时代,随着信息科技的成熟,银行业积累了海量的数据。数据挖掘技术作为知识发现的工具,利用聚类、分类、关联规则、时间序列的方法,可以挖掘出银行业数据中有价值的信息,帮助商业银行更好地开展精准营销、风险管理、产品优化、行情分析等工作,进而提升核心竞争力。文章首先分析数据挖掘技术在银行业中的应用领域;然后根据应用情况多角度探讨数据挖掘技术;最后总结银行业数据挖掘技术的优势与挑战,并提出发展策略,为商业银行更好地利用数据挖掘技术服务自身发展提供参考。
In the age of big data, with the maturity of information technology, the banking has accumulated a huge amount of data. As a tool for knowledge discovery, data mining technology can use clustering, classification, associationrules, and time series methods to mine valuable information in banking data to help commercial banks better conductaccurate marketing, risk management, product optimization, market analysis and other work, and then improve the corecompetitiveness. This paper first analyzes the application fields of data mining technology in the banking industry; thenit discusses the data mining technology from multiple perspectives based on the application; Finally, it summarizes theadvantages and challenges of the banking data mining technology, and proposes development strategies to make better use of data for commercial banks.
