摘要
目的研究与分析颌面部外伤的急诊整容手术效果。方法本院采取回顾分析法对来我院进行治疗的患有颌面部外伤的89例患者(2017年4月-2018年4月),所有的患者均采取急诊整容手术进行治疗,本文对患者的治疗情况以及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果在这89例患者中,皮内连续缝合32例,皮肤间断缝合17例,不规则几何线改型缝合13例,邻近皮瓣转移术5例,I期愈合的患者有81例,所占比例为91.0%,对自身外貌的恢复满意人数有78例,所占比例为87.6%。且仅有4例发生了并发症,并发症发生率为4.5%。结论颌面部外伤的急诊整容手术效果显著,值得进一步推广与使用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of emergency cosmetic surgery for maxillofacial trauma. Methods： We take retrospective analysis method to the hospital for treatment of 89 patients with maxillofacial trauma（April 2017-April 2018）, all patients of the emergency treatment, cosmetic surgery is adopted in this paper, the treatment of patients with condition and treatment effect were retrospectively analyzed. Results： In the 89 patients, intradermal suture 32 cases in a row, skin suture of 17 cases, irregular geometrical line 13 cases of retrofit suture, adjacent flap transfer technique in 5 cases, there were 81 patients with stage I heal, the proportion is 91.0%, satisfied with their own appearance back number 78, the proportion is 87.6%. Only 4 patients had complications, and the complication rate was 4.5%. Conclusion： The effect of emergency cosmetic surgery for maxillofacial trauma is significant, and it is worthy of further promotion and use.
