摘要
先张法预应力高强混凝土波形板桩具有挡土面大、力学性能好、施工方便快捷等优点,可广泛应用于航道护岸工程,水利工程、地下开挖围护工程以及城市海绵工程等,经济效益和社会效益高。但是目前对波形板桩的研究,特别是对截面受力性能的分析非常有限,本文通过理论解析、Abaqus数值模拟分析和试验结果对比验证的方法,分析波形板桩的抗裂弯矩、抗弯承载力和抗剪承载力,并得到极限抗弯强度和抗剪强度。研究表明,有限元建模分析过程支座设置、边界条件和荷载施加更加接近模型试验的真实工况,数值模拟结果与试验实测值基本相符,混凝土波形板桩具有良好的力学性能,研究成果对今后预应力高强混凝土板桩的设计计算和推广应用等具有参考价值。
Compared with the traditional retaining piles,waveform sheet-pile which was made with pre-tensioned reinforced and high-strength concrete has some prominent advantages like wide retaining wall structure,prominent bending and shearing resistance,less concrete and convenient construction,and etc. It can be widely applied in the waterway revetment projects, hydraulic engineering, sponge city projects, foundation pit engineering, and underground excavation,and etc. Although it has great economic and social benefit,the research on the performance analysis of waveform sheet-pile is very scarce still now. In this paper,through theoretical analysis,FEA simulation of Abaqus and experimental test,those data of cracking and bending moments,shear bearing capacity,ultimate flexural and shear strength can be obtained,also the calculated methods were verified to be effective and feasible. The research shows that the bearing installation,boundary conditions and applied loads in the FEA modeling and analysis process are more similar to real working conditions of mechanical model tests. It can be found that results of FEA theoretical analysis and experimental test are in good agreement,they also indicate that waveform sheet-pile has good mechanical properties and outstanding economy. Benefit and reference on design, analysis, application and popularization of waveform sheet-pile can be provided from this research in the future. In the follow-up study,deformation originated from " arching effect" of web in waveform sheet-pile and its impact on the whole mechanical properties of sheet-pile will continue to be carried on.
