摘要
随着饲料工业的快速发展,膨化饲料技术已成为生产各类高品质饲料的重要技术。利用膨化饲料技术可以充分展现物料本身的品质,从而极大提高了饲料产品的品质,拓展了饲料资源,改善了饲养动物的消化吸收率。膨化玉米,具有高能量、蛋白质消化率好、改善适口性、增强动物日增重等优点,是生产高品质饲料主要原料之一。同时,玉米经膨化后易膨胀粘结成块状,流动性差,容易堵塞后续设备,影响膨化生产的正常进行。为此,文章将基于Solid Works三维软件设计一台叶片式双轴破碎机,完成块状膨化玉米的破碎工作,保障玉米膨化生产的顺利进行。
With the rapid development of feed industry, feed expansion technology has become an portant technology for producing all kinds of high quality feed. The feed expansion technology can ly display the quality of the material itself, thus greatly improving the quality of the feed products, panding the feed resources, and improving the digestion and absorption rate of the animals. The I nl- ful- exexpanded corn has the advantages of high energy, good protein digestibility, improvement of palatability and increasing the daily weight of animals. It is one of the main raw materials for producing high quality feed. At the same time, after expansion, the corn is expanded and bonded into lumps and has poor fluidity, which easily blocks subsequent equipment and affects the normal operation of puffing production. Therefore, this paper will design a blade type double shaft crusher based on SolidWorks three-dimensional software to complete the crushing of the bulk extruded corn, and ensure the smooth progress of the corn expansion production.
