摘要
城市更新是近年来我国城乡规划学界研究的热门话题。尤其是2010年以来,新型城镇化、以人为本、存量开发、有机更新和城市双修等相关理论和实践的出现,使我国城市更新研究的热度得到了前所未有的提升。论文从城市更新的经验、策略研究,城市更新的过程研究和城市更新的社会影响研究等三个方面系统梳理了2010年来我国城市更新的研究进展,指出我国城市更新研究虽然在视角和深度上有明显提升,但也存在过于偏重政府视角、缺乏对二三线城市的研究、学科共识基础尚未建立和研究方法单一等问题。在此基础上,论文提出未来我国的城市更新研究需加强对相关利益主体的研究、加强对二、三线城市的研究、重视城市更新问题的解决措施的研究、深入探析城市更新对社会的影响及综合运用质性研究与量化研究方法等建议。
Urban regeneration is a hot topic studied by urban and rural planning scholars in China in recent years. Since 2010,the emerging theories and practices of new-type urbanization,people-orientation,stock development,organic renewal,and city betterment and ecological restoration have unprecedentedly promoted the popularity of urban regeneration research in China. This paper systematically reviews the research progress of urban regeneration in China since 2010 and categorizes it into three parts： research on urban regeneration experience and strategy; research on the process of urban regeneration; and research on the social impact of urban regeneration. The article points out that although the study of urban regeneration in China has obviously improved in perspectives and depths,there are still problems such as too much emphasis on government perspectives,lack of research on second-and third-tier cities,unfounded basis for disciplinary consensus,and unitary research methods. In a final analysis,it is proposed that China ＇s future urban renewal research should strengthen research on relevant stakeholders,strengthen research on second-and third-tier cities,pay atten-tion to urban renewal issues,and conduct in-depth research on the impact of urban renewal on society and integration,and adopt comprehensive methods of qualitative research and quantitative research.
