广州市番禺区12320名小学生步行安全教育干预效果评价 被引量:4

Investigation and analysis of results of health intervention to 12 320 primary school students walking safety in Panyu District of Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解广州市番禺区小学生步行安全现存的问题,探讨其影响因素并评价干预效果,为中小学生步行伤害预防与控制策略的制定提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取广州市番禺区20所小学,通过自填式问卷调查对12 320名学生展开步行安全集体干预,并运用logistic回归法分析影响其步行安全的因素。结果 (1)干预后,学生知识知晓率提升,黄灯知晓率、安全通过马路知晓率、十字路口遇红灯过马路的步骤认识率分别上升11.74%、4.03%、4.49%(χ~2=552.217、156.249、152.936,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;斑马线标志(χ~2=3.048,P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;(2)干预前后,有危险行为发生率、是否曾与机动车/非机动车发生碰撞率均有所降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)小学生步行安全与知识、行为、学校类型、校外情况、年级存在联系。结论健康教育可提高全区小学生交通安全知识,减少学生危险交通行为,降低小学生步行伤害发生率;加强低年级、临近机动车道学校和农村学校学生的交通安全教育,对小学生步行安全具有重要意义。 Objective To understand the existing problems of walking safety for primary school students in Panyu District,to explore the influencing factors and to evaluate the effect of intervention so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control strategies of walking injuries among primary and secondary school students. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was used for 20 primary schools in Panyu District. A total of 12 320 students were intervened collectively on walking safety through self-administered questionnaires,and the logistics regression method was used to analyze the factors affecting children's walking safety. Results①After the intervention,the awareness rate of students' knowledge,the yellow light,crossing the road safely,and steps of crossing the crossroad with a red light increased by 11. 74%,4. 03% and 4. 49% respectively( χ^2=552. 217,156. 249,152. 936,P〈0. 05). The difference was statistically significant. The zebra crossing sign( χ^2= 3. 048,P〈0. 05) had no statistical significance.②The incidence rate of dangerous behaviors,as well as whether or not having a collision with motor vehicles/non-motor vehicles decreased. The difference was statistically significant.( P〈0. 05);③Students' walking safety was connected to knowledge,behavior,type of school,off-campus situation and grade. Conclusion Health education can improve traffic safety knowledge of pupils among the district,reduce their dangerous traffic behaviors and the incidence of walking injuries. It is of great significance to enhance traffic safety education for pupils in lower grades,schools near motorized vehicle lane and rural schools.
