摘要 黄仕沛（1945—）,男,广州市名中医,副主任中医师,广州市越秀区中医院名誉院长,著有《黄仕沛经方亦步亦趋录》《黄仕沛经方亦步亦趋录（续）》《梦回伤寒四大金刚》,深受经方爱好者欢迎。 二加龙骨汤出自《小品方》,源于《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉证并治第六》：＂夫失精家少腹弦急,阴头寒,目眩一作目眶痛。发落,脉极虚芤迟,为清谷,亡血,失精。脉得诸芤动微紧,男子失精,女子梦交,桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤主之。＂
