摘要
目的:检测在临床切除的肺腺癌标本中AQP1的表达和分布,及肺腺癌患者血清中AQP1的表达水平,并进一步探讨其临床意义。方法:免疫组织化学法检测AQP1在肺腺癌组织的表达及分布,酶联免疫试验法检测血清中AQP1水平。结果:AQP1散在表达于正常肺组织的毛细血管内皮细胞,在肺腺癌组织中AQP1表达于肿瘤的血管内皮细胞以及肿瘤细胞膜上、胞浆内;健康对照组血清AQP1水平为(24.52±3.83),肺腺癌患血清中的测得值(77.04±16.48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AQP1可能与肺腺癌的发生和发展有关。
Objective： To detect the expression and distribution of AQP1 in the resected lung adenocarcinoma specimens,and the expression level of AQP1 in serum of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,and to explore its clinical significance. Methods： Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression and distribution of AQP1 in lung adenocarcinoma,and the level of AQP1 in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Result： AQP1 expression in normal lung tissue in capillary endothelial cell in lung adenocarcinoma AQP1 expressed in tumor vascular endothelial cells and tumor cell membrane and cytoplasm; the healthy control group serum AQP1 level（ 24. 52 ＋ 3. 83）,lung adenocarcinoma in the serum of patients with the measured value（ 77. 04 ＋ 16. 48）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： AQP1 may be related to the occurrence and development of lung adenocarcinoma.
