摘要
目的:观察脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者治疗前后血清中5-HT水平的变化来探讨醒神启闭针刺法治疗本病的可能作用机制。方法:将60例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组采用醒神启闭针刺法,对照组采用口服度洛西汀治疗,均治疗28 d,比较两组患者治疗前后血清中5-HT的浓度、HAMD评分、改良Barthel指数量表评分等情况。结果:两组患者治疗后血清中5-HT浓度均较前升高,HAMD评分均降低、MBI指数均提高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒神启闭针刺法能有效改善患者抑郁状态,其机制可能与参与调节人体内5-HT的代谢有关。
Objeetive： To observe the changes of serum 5-HT levels before and after treatment in patients with post-stroke depression （PSD） to explore the possible mechanism of Xingshen Qibi acupuncture （醒神启闭针刺法） on treating this disease. Methods： The 60 PSD patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with Xingshen Qibi acupuncture, and the control group was treated with oral duloxetine, both were treated for 28 days. Serum 5-HT concentrations, HAMD scores, and modified Barthel＇s indexes scores were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： The serum 5-HT levels and MBI indexes of the two groups after treatment both increased, HAMD scores decreased, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xingshen Qibi acupuncture can effectively improve the depression state of the patients. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of 5-HT metabolism in the human body.
