摘要
目的:研究陕产瞿麦乙醇和水的提取物对痢疾杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌和霍乱弧菌活性的抑制效果。方法:采用牛津杯法确定陕产瞿麦乙醇和水的提取物对痢疾杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌和霍乱弧菌的抑菌效果,用二倍稀释法检测最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:陕产瞿麦乙醇和水的提取物对痢疾杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌和霍乱弧菌均有较好的抑制作用。其MIC分别为6.25~12.5 mg/mL和12.5~50 mg/mL,MBC分别为12.5~25 mg/mL和12.5~50 mg/mL。采用陕产瞿麦水提取物(30 mg/mL)分别注射干预有痢疾杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌和霍乱弧菌的小鼠,能显著减少小鼠体温升高程度。结论:陕产瞿麦乙醇和水的提取物对不同受试菌均有较好的抑菌效果;对于受不同受试菌感染的小鼠具有显著的改善作用,具有很好的临床应用前景。
Objective: To study the inhibitory activity of Shaanxi Dianthus Superbus ethanol and water extracts on Escherichia coli,paratyphoid salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Proteus. Methods: The Shaanxi Dianthus Superbus ethanol and water extracts' inhibitory activity of Escherichia coli,paratyphoid salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Proteus were tested by Oxford cup method. The double dilution method was used to detected the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration( MBC). Results: The inhibition effects of water and ethanol extract of Fringed Pink on the bacteria were tested. Its minimal inhibitory concentration MIC was 6. 25 ~ 12. 5 mg/mL and 12. 5 ~ 50 mg/mL respectively,and the minimum bactericidal concentrations of MBC were 12. 5 ~ 25 mg/mL and 12. 5 ~ 50 mg/mL. The mice injected with E. coli intervention were intervented with 30 mg/mL Shaanxi Dianthus Superbus water extract can significantly reduce the body temperature of mice. Conclusion: Shaanxi Dianthus Superbus ethanol and water extracts have better inhibition effect on different bacteria. It displayed a significant improvement effect on the infected mice. The inhibitory effect has good prospects for medical research.
