摘要
目的：分析研究涤痰汤合通窍活血汤联合吞咽功能训练对脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法：84例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者作为本次的研究对象,将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组,每组42例患者。均给予两组患者实施常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上进行吞咽功能训练,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上使用涤痰汤合通窍活血汤进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗满意度、吞咽障碍评分、神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力评分。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.62%,治疗满意度为97.62%;对照组患者的治疗总有效率为83.33%,治疗满意度为80.95%;组间比较,差异显著,且P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。并且,观察组患者的吞咽障碍评分、神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力评分均显著优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论：给予脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者采用涤痰汤合通窍活血汤联合吞咽功能训练的方法进行治疗,能够显著提高治疗的总有效率,提高患者的满意度,减少医患纠纷的产生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of Ditan Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with swallowing training on swallowing disorders after cerebral infarction. Methods： 84 cases of swallowing disorder after cerebral infarction as the research objects,according to admission time,were divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group. The conventional treatment was given to both groups. Besides,the control group patients were given the swallowing function training. And the observation group used Ditan Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the basis of swallowing function training. The overall effectiveness of the treatment,the treatment satisfaction,the score of the swallowing disorder,the score of neurofunctional defect,and the ability of life self-evaluation were compared between two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment was 97. 62%,and the treatment satisfaction was 97. 62%. The total effectiveness of treatment in the control group was 83. 33% and the treatment satisfaction was 80.95%. The comparison between groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. In addition,the scores of the patients＇ swallowing disorders,the score of neurofunctional defects and the ability of life self-evaluation were significantly better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： For swallowing disorder after cerebral infarction,Ditan Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with swallowing function training method can significantly increase the total effective rate,improve patients＇ satisfaction,reduce the production of medical disputes,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
