摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)联合外固定支架在下肢毁损伤保肢治疗中的价值。方法选取下肢毁损伤患者100例,均接受保肢治疗,分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用传统敷料更换联合外固定支架进行治疗,观察组患者采用VSD联合外固定支架进行治疗,比较2组患者的恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者平均手术次数、细菌转阴时间、创面愈合时间与骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者骨髓炎、深部感染及并发症总发生率、截肢率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在下肢毁损伤保肢治疗中应用负压封闭引力技术联合外固定支架,可有效维持骨折稳定,促进创面愈合。
Objective To investigate the value of vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD） combined with external fixator in patients with severe damage of lower extremities by limb salvage. Methods Totally 100 patients with severe damage of lower extremities were treated with limb salvage,and they were divided into observation group and control group. Dressing replacement combined with external fixator was used in control group,while the observation group was treated with VSD combined with external fixation. The recovery and complications were observed and analyzed. Results The average operation times,bacterial negative-conversing time,wound healing time and fracture healing time in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of osteomyelitis,deep infection,complications and amputation in observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion VSD combined with external fixation can effectively maintain fracture stability and promote wound healing in patients with severe damage of lower extremities by limb salvage.
