摘要
以某城市在建的城市轨道交通项目为例,介绍了大直径深长钢管混凝土柱成孔、吊装、定位、焊接、混凝土浇筑等工艺流程,并就钢管混凝土柱作为永久性结构,现场施工过程中采取了设置栓钉及定位插槽、安装液压油缸及视频监控、加工定位平台等针对性措施,解决了钢管柱与桩基连接、垂直度误差<1/1 000、钢管与立柱桩基钢筋笼定位、节段管线连接、超深桩基清渣及混凝土浇筑等方面存在的问题。
In this paper,the process of urban rail transit project under construction in a city is taken as an example. The process flow of large diameter concrete filled steel tube column,hoisting,positioning,welding and concrete pouring is introduced. the concrete-filled steel tube column is made as a permanent structure. Construction methods of setting stud and positioning slots,installing hydraulic cylinders and video surveillance,processing and positioning platform and others are applied to solve the steel tube column and pile connection,the vertical error of less than 1/1 000,steel and pillar pile reinforced cage positioning,segment pipeline connection,ultra-deep pile foundation slag and concrete pouring and other aspects of the problems.
