摘要
从长期关系看,煤炭价格受山西GDP、煤炭供给量、煤炭需求量的影响,且煤炭价格与山西GDP存在长期稳定正相关性,即煤炭价格的上涨能够推动山西经济增长。根据上述结论以及山西省经济的发展情况,建议如下:完善煤炭价格监测预警机制;延长煤炭产业链,依靠科技进步提高煤炭附加值;建立煤炭价格调控基金;建立煤炭供给与需求动态管理机制;推进新一轮的全省煤炭集团兼并重组。
Based on the data of coal price,GDP,coal supply and consumption from 1990 to 2016 in Shanxi province,the paper proves the correlation between them.By using SPSS software 22.0 to analyze the collected data,it found that the coal price was influenced by GDP,coal supply and consumption,and there was a correlation.Besides,the coal price and GDP have a long-term stability and a positive correlation,that is to say,the rising of the coal price can promote economic growth in Shanxi province.Finally,based on the above conclusions and development of economy in Shanxi province,it can put forward 5 aspects of policy suggestions such as improvement of coal price monitoring and early warning mechanism,extending the coal industry chain,relying on scientific and technological progress to enhance the added value of coal,establishing a coal price regulation fund and the dynamic management mechanism of supply and demand to promote a new round of the coal group merger and reorganization in Shanxi province.
