摘要
目的:通过对四川省某三甲医院门诊护士进行问卷调查,了解门诊护士经历(包括目睹与遭受)门诊工作场所暴力的情况并分析其可能原因,为门诊采取预防和控制工作场所暴力提供理论依据。方法:采用整群抽样对116名门诊护士进行问卷调查,问卷由"护士一般情况调查表"和"医务场所暴力调查表"组成。结果:所有门诊护士均目睹过医务场所暴力发生,98.2%的护士均遭受过医务场所暴力(11.5%躯体攻击、98.2%情感虐待、28.3%威胁恐吓、17.7%言语的性骚扰、5.3%躯体的性骚扰)。100%护士表示工作缺乏安全感、压力大;47.8%护士有转行意愿。结论:门诊护士遭受工作场所暴力的问题极为严重,对于护士的专业态度和身心健康均有非常大的影响,应采取相应措施防止或减少医务场所暴力的发生,并加强教育培训,增强门诊护士应对医务场所暴力的能力。
Objective To study the status of violence in outpatients and its influence on nurses＇ mental health, and provide a theoretical basis for its prevention and control. Method 116 cases of outpatient nurses were chosen with cluster sampling and sur- veyed with questionnaire, which was composed of ＂general questionnaire＂ and ＂medical violence questionnaire＂. Results All the nurses had witnessed violence in medical services. 98.2% of them had suffered from medical workplace violence （ 11.5% as physical attacks, 98. 2% as emotional abuse, 28.3% as threat and intimidation, 17. 7% as verbal sexual harassment, and 5. 3 % as physical harassment）. All the nurses expressed the sense of lack of security and pressure. And 47.8% of them had a willing- ness to change their job. Conclusion The problem of outpatient department nurses suffering from workplace violence is extremely serious, which can influence the nurses＇ professional attitude and mental health. It is suggested to put forward countermeasures to prevent or reduce the incidence of medical workplace violence, and strengthen education and training to improve their ability to cooing with medical workolace violence.
